We have many options to customize almost any meal to you. We strive to source the finest ingredients locally whenever possible and prepare our food fresh to order. We cannot eliminate airborne contamination. Although some options are gluten free how they are prepared matters.
In example our eggplant and portabella are gluten free and vegan when grilled.
Marinara and Meat Sauce are gluten free options when paired with gluten free pasta.
Our salad dressings are gluten free just make sure you leave off the croutons.
