Party and Event Guide FAQ

What is a party or an event? Does my group qualify? A party or event is anything you would like to celebrate or gather with friends and family for. Yes, your group qualifies.

Do you charge a fee to use the rooms? In most cases no. There is a food and beverage minimum to use the facilities which is based on the size and capacity of the room. This minimum ranges from $245 - $1500 but is negotiable based on the event.

We have a limited budget for our event can you help us stay in budget? Yes we have many options to work with almost any
budget.

Can we bring in outside food and or beverages? In most cases no. However, there are options for wine and desserts such as a birthday cake or special wine.

Can we bring in outside equipment? In most cases, yes, but that will need to be coordinated with your host.

Are there music options? Yes, the rooms are wired for audiovisual and we can connect with most devices for a personal playlist. Live music can be brought in as well but there are restrictions on sound level during normal operating hours of the restaurant.

What about special dietary needs? Yes, we can accommodate almost any dietary need of an individual or guest.

Is there a gratuity associated with the facility? Yes, it is 20% of your food and beverage total.

Is a bar available? Yes, and it can be set up in many ways from fully hosted, partially hosted on non-hosted.

Are the rooms private? Yes.

Can we just order off the menu or does it have to be a special menu? To make sure the kitchen is able to take care of your group and the rest of the operation we limit ordering off the menu to groups smaller than 15. We have many options for groups above 15.

How is the check handled? Split checks are available however there are limitations. In most cases, a single check is presented to your group. Accommodations to this can be made in advance but may require additional fees and or charges.

How Do I Book A Party Or Event?

Room’s are booked on a first come first serve basis, to make an initial reservation we need about 10 minute conversation to fill out our room agreement sheet and learn some Details for your gathering. We don’t require a deposit to hold Your reservation just a signed agreement.

A week prior to your event we will need the final menu As well as the final guest count attending. The questions we will ask to fill out the room agreement are:
