Plated Lunch Menu
Available for groups from 15-30 Monday –Friday from 11:00am-3:00pm 

Choices for your group may include three hot entrees and two salads. All hot entrees served with Caesar salad and fresh Foccica bread.

Spaghetti with meat or marinara Sauce
Add one meatball or Italian Sausage

Meat Ravioli
Topped with meat sauce.

Cheese Ravioli
Stuffed with cheese and topped with marina sauce.

Meat Lasagne
Pasta layered with meats and cheese and covered with meat sauce.

Vegetarian Lasagne
Pasta layered with fresh vegetables and cheeses and covered with marinara sauce

Pasta tube filled with meats, cheeses, spices and covered with meat sauce and cheese. Served with seasonal vegetables.

Pasta tube filled with ricotta cheese, covered with marinara sauce and cheese. Served with seasonal vegetables.

Fettuccine Alfredo
Sauteed in a cream sauce with mushrooms, Romano cheese and garlic.

Grilled Salmon
Grilled salmon with a lemon caper sauce on a bed of angel hair pasta. Served with seasonal vegetables.

Chicken Picatta 
Chicken breast pieces sautéed in lemon, garlic, herbs, capers, artichokes, and white wine. Served on a bed of angel hair pasta.

Meatball Italiano    
Sliced meatballs sautéed in Italian meat sauce and served open-faced on French bread and topped with a blend of cheeses.      

Mediterranean Chicken Salad
Romaine lettuce with Roma tomatoes, cumbers, red onions, artichoke, Kalamata olives, feta cheese and grilled chicken breast tossed with lemon Dijon dressing.

Michael’s Insalata
Fresh chopped romaine tossed with salami, pepperoni, provolone cheese, fresh mushrooms, olives, Roma tomatoes and artichokes tossed with Italian dressing.

Spinach Salad
Garden fresh spinach tossed with our special dressing, bacon, mushrooms, chopped eggs, and crumbled Bleu cheese.     

Caesar Salad
Crisp romaine lettuce tossed with Ernesto’s Caesar dressing and croutons.

Vegan and Vegetarian Entrees

Available as a plated entree with any banquet menu.
Vegan selection must be made by your guest 7 days before your banquet.

Spaghetti with Vegan Italian Sausage

    Sliced Vegan sausage tossed in spaghetti with our fresh marina sauce.
Vegan Meatloaf
    Vegan meatloaf topped with our fresh marina sauce and served with seasonal vegetables.

Fettuccine Primavera

   Fettuccine tossed with fresh tomatoes, zucchini, mushrooms and broccoli in a light red sauce.

   (May substitute gluten free or whole wheat pasta for a charge)

Gluten Free Pasta

   Ernesto’s offers a gluten free penne pasta that may be substituted for any pasta for an additional charge. 
   Gluten free options must be made 7 days before your banquet.  Additional charge applied.

Dining Room Lunch Buffet
Available Monday-Friday from 11:00am-2:30pm for groups from 15-30.

Enjoy the privacy of your own room while selecting from our extensive dining room salad bar, minestrone soup and hot buffet. Our dining room salad bar features 19 fresh vegetables and house made salads.  The hot buffet features spaghetti with your choice of sauces, fresh seasonal vegetables, chef’s choice of entrée, pizza (except Thursday) and a daily special entree.

Private Lunch Buffet

Available from 11:00am-2:30pm for groups of 30 or more.
Create a custom buffet for your group. The buffet will be set up in your private dining room for your group’s convenience.
Base pricing will be determined by your addition of menu items.
