Banquet Dinner Menu


The following Appetizers may be added to any Banquet dinner or luncheon.  Please inquire regarding Appetizer Parties.

Jumbo Shrimp with Cocktail Sauce and Lemon

Prosciutto Rolls
Rolled with asparagus and herbed cream cheese

Cocktail Meatballs
Choice of teriyaki, sweet & sour or barbecue sauce

Deep Fried Mozzarella Sticks
Served with marinara dipping sauce

Caprese Tapas
Crostini, fresh mozzarella, roma tomato and fresh basil with balsamic vinaigrette

Chicken Wings
Choice of hot sauce, teriyaki or barbeque

Primo Dinners

Choice of up to three individually plated dinners served to your guests. All dinners are served with Caesar salad, seasonal vegetables, *choice of baked potato, roasted red potatoes, or rice pilaf and focaccia bread. All dinners are served with coffee, tea or soft drink

Choice 10oz. Prime Rib* (minimum of 15 dinners)
Prime rib with au jus and creamy horseradish.

Choice 10oz. New York or 10oz. Rib Eye Steak* (minimum of 8 dinners)
Broiled and topped with a mushroom marsala demi-glace

Filet Mignon* (minimum of 8 dinners)
Broiled 8 oz. bacon wrapped beef tenderloin

Traditional Italian dish prepared with meats and cheeses layered with pasta and meat sauce

Seafood Manicotti (minimum of 8 dinners)
Pasta tubes stuffed with shrimp, scallops, crab and a blend of cheeses in a ricotta filling topped with a brandy mornay sauce

Fresh filet of Salmon  (minimum of 8 dinners)
Baked salmon topped with a lemon caper dill sauce

Stuffed Chicken Breast Saltimbocca* (minimum of 8 dinners)
Chicken breast stuffed with prosciutto and provolone cheese, topped with a creamy pesto sauce

Roast Italian Chicken* (minimum of 8 dinners)
1/2 of a roast chicken marinated in olive oil, rosemary, sage and garlic

Banquet Dinner Menu

Banquet dinners can be served buffet or family style. Dinners include fresh baked Focaccia bread, freshly brewed coffee, iced tea or soft drinks.

Add the following to any buffet style dinner for an additional cost:

Vegan selection must be made by your guest 7 days before your banquet.

    Sliced Vegan sausage tossed in spaghetti with our fresh marina sauce.

Vegan Meatloaf
    Vegan meatloaf topped with our fresh marina sauce and served with seasonal vegetables.

Fettuccine Primavera
   Fettuccine tossed with fresh tomatoes, zucchini, mushrooms and broccoli in a light red sauce.

(May substitute gluten free or whole wheat pasta for a charge)

Facilities & Services


Seating from 20 to 180 people depending on requirements:
Capri Room - seating for 15-24
Venice Room - seating for 25-49
Monte Carlo Room - seating for 50-80
Total Combined Seating for 180 people
Room rental and set up fees may be waived when meal minimums are met.

Price Range
Meals; $21.00-$29.00
Children prices; 5-10 years are half price, 4 yrs and younger are free.
Gratuity is 20% on all functions.
Tables – 8ft rectangular tables provided. Round tables available on limited basis.

Type of Events
Conferences, meetings, seminars, luncheons, banquets, wedding rehearsal dinners.

Availability and Terms
Advance reservations are recommended. We will try to accommodate last minute
events when possible. A deposit is required to secure the room.

Bar Facilities – Host / no host full-service bar is available.
Linens – Cloth linens available in limited colors at no additional cost. Special colors
can be ordered for a fee.

Decorations – Standard decorations including helium balloons acceptable. No
confetti allowed.

Audio / Visual – In-house state-of-the-art sound and video equipment available
for rent. Projector, DVD, CD, iPOD, wireless microphone and 120 inch screen.

Parking – Ample, free, off street parking.

ADA – Meets all standards; all meetings rooms on ground level.
